Arth AI and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, including software, designs, and documentation. You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to the platform.

7. Data Processing

8. Service Level Agreement

For Business and Enterprise plans, we provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Credits may be available for service disruptions exceeding our SLA commitments.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arth AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
